DISC and Leadership Assessments
Leadership is influence—nothing more, nothing less. To grow as a leader, you must grow in your ability to communicate with and to influence others. The Maxwell Leadership Assessments and the Maxwell Method of DISC are powerful tools designed to help you understand your communication style, recognize how others are wired, and measure your current level of influence—so you can intentionally target and accelerate your leadership growth.

My Approach to Leadership Development
1. Growth Starts Within - I believe leadership begins with self-awareness. Before anyone can effectively lead others, they must learn to lead themselves—through mindset, character, and intentional growth. You help leaders uncover who they are, what they stand for, and how to lead with authenticity.
