1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of ECUBED Leadership ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ECUBED Leadership regarding your use of our website and services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ECUBED Leadership's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on ECUBED Leadership's website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. ECUBED Leadership makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Professional Services Disclaimer

Our coaching, mentorship, and leadership development services are designed to support your professional growth. However, please note:

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health professional advice. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.
Coaching outcomes depend on your commitment, openness, and implementation of guidance. Results are not guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on our coaching or guidance.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ECUBED Leadership or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ECUBED Leadership's website or services, even if ECUBED Leadership or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ECUBED Leadership and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

7. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment for services must be received before the service is delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Refunds: Coaching packages and group programs are non-refundable once services have commenced. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for unopened/unused services. Contact us within 7 days for a refund request.
Rescheduling: Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited.

8. Cancellation and Termination

ECUBED Leadership reserves the right to cancel or terminate coaching relationships at any time if:

Payment is not received as scheduled
You violate these Terms and Conditions
There is a fundamental incompatibility in the coaching relationship
You engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct

You may cancel your services with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for services already provided.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the ECUBED Leadership website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of ECUBED Leadership or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from our website without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use ECUBED Leadership's website or services to:

Transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our website or services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or resources
Engage in any form of harassment or spam
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information you provide to ECUBED Leadership. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering for services, scheduling sessions, or communicating with us. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of services.

12. Third-Party Links

ECUBED Leadership's website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

13. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will be protected. However, confidentiality may be breached if required by law or to prevent harm to yourself or others. Coaching conversations are not subject to attorney-client privilege or psychotherapist-patient privilege unless you are working with a licensed attorney or therapist.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma in United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or court proceedings, as applicable by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
